The Ruby Zin has lovely aromas of maple and hazelnut lead off and carry over to the palate from start to mile-long finish. In between, you’ll find generous flavors of rum raisin and ripe berry fruit. This Port-style wine is a true gem: sweet, but not too sweet and bit lighter in body than you might expect. It should pair up nicely with most foods on your dessert course…or simply serve it on its own as “dessert in a glass.”
